We do not offer refunds for the following issues:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or the carrier.
• Any damage that occurred during shipping that is not reported within two days of delivery.
• Any defect/misprint issue reported more than 7 days after delivery.
• Any missing order that tracking shows delivered to the address provided by the customer (see shipping policy)

Unfortunately , we do not allow cancellation once an order is placed. With our automated order processing, the order goes into production immediately after you submit the order.

delivery to report damage during shipment. Send pictures to issues@snobbydrops.com
of the materials and packaging to clearly demonstrate the damage during
shipment.

Snobby Drops Fabulous Fabric: Snobby Drops Fab Fab wrinkle-free wonder fabric is your new carefree companion; with it's stretchy, wrinkle-free, lightweight qualities, you'll never have to worry about a backdrop that won't fit, is a pain to carry or store, or makes photography sessions difficult. Fab Fab wrinkle-free wonder fabric is made from a durable 100% polyester stretch fabric meant for backdrops with the design on the front while the back side is white. These backdrops are cut by hand and DO NOT have finished edges unless stated. Most sizes have options for rod pockets. Machine washable.

Yes. Zero wrinkles. Think newborn bottom wrinkle-free. Think 3 months post-botox wrinkle free. No wrinkles. None. So throw out that steamer, just hang and shoot.

Snobby Drops fleece backdrops are similar to sweatshirt material on the inside, with a soft subtle fuzzy texture. They are slightly stretchy, and have finished, hemmed edges. This does result in 1.5-2" of shrinkage on all sides.

This material is vibrant and can also be machine washed and easily folded for storage and stacking.

Fleece is wrinkle resistant but will likely arrive with some packing wrinkles. You can toss it in the dryer for 5-15 minutes to remove them.
