Store Policies

Cancellations and Refunds

Our backdrops are made to order and as such, all sales are final at time of purchase. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges unless an item was misprinted or damaged during shipping.


Damage/Misprints


At Snobby Drops, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you receive an item that is misprinted or damaged, we will gladly replace it in the same material, size, and design.

Damage during shipping:


Please contact us at issues@snobbydrops.com within 2 days of delivery to report damage during shipment. Send pictures to issues@snobbydrops.com of the materials and packaging to clearly demonstrate the damage during shipment.

**Shipping damages must be reported within 2 days of the order being delivered**

IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM!! If it has been more than 2 days since you received your item, we will be unable to assist with damages occurring during shipment.


Defects/Misprints:


If you feel an item has a misprint/defect, follow these steps:


1. Take pictures of the misprint/defect that clearly demonstrates the issue. The images must show the full drop in natural light, preferably with the drop hanging from a stand/backdrop system. Include close up detailed images of any small defects such as print lines.


2. Email the photo and brief explanation of the issue to defects@snobbydrops.com

Once we receive the images we will submit them to our printer for evaluation to determine whether it falls under a technical/printer issue under their misprint policy. If the printer determines the issue is a result of the printing process, they will reprint the drop. Note: We will only reprint the exact same design under this policy and cannot “exchange” it for a new design.

**All defect/misprint issues must be received within 7 days of the order being delivered**


IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM!! If it has been more than 7 days since you received your item, we will be unable to assist with defects/misprints.

We do not offer refunds for the following issues:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any defect/misprint issue reported more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Any missing order that tracking shows delivered to the address provided by customer (see shipping policy)
  • Shipping charges for expedited delivery that is not delivered on time-this is out of our control once the carrier receives the package.
  • Device-specific color variation**

**Due to the inherent variations, the color of products might appear differently across various screens. Computer monitors lack uniform calibration, and color reproduction on the Internet remains imprecise. Ensuring uniform color perception across all computers is unattainable, so we cannot ensure that what you observe accurately reflects the true color of the product. Although we have taken utmost care to present the colors and images of our products on the website as faithfully as possible, we are unable to guarantee an exact color replication of what you perceive on your specific device.**

CUSTOM PRINTS/PRINT YOUR OWN

By uploading your image you represent that you own the copyright to, or the license to print the image. If claims arise regarding infringement, you will be liable. We reserve the right to refuse to print.

Your Creative Work

If you are wondering....don't worry...submitting your image does not allow us to print, copy or resell your creation [we would NEVER do that!]. You can rest assured that we will not share your image or attempt to profit from your hard work. We understand what goes into creating and we have the utmost respect for the time and effort put into it, which is the basis for our CAP program. Your creation is safe with us!

Shipping Policy


All products will be shipped to the Shipping Address provided with your order. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to reship your order in the event the Shipping Address provided is incorrect or the order is returned due to an invalid shipping address.


Overnight with or without Saturday delivery: we cannot guarantee delivery dates as UPS does not guarantee delivery if they experience a mechanical or weather related issue outside of their control.
