Snobby Drops Fabulous Fabric: Snobby Drops Fab Fab nearly wrinkle-free wonder fabric [it may arrive with production creases, but you can toss it in the dryer for a few minutes to get those out!]. This is your new carefree companion; with its stretchy, lightweight qualities, it's easy to carry and to store. Fab Fab wonder fabric is made from a durable 100% polyester stretch fabric meant for backdrops with the design on the front while the back side is white. These backdrops are cut by hand and smaller sizes do not have finished edges unless stated. Most sizes have options for rod pockets. Machine washable.
Snobby Drops fleece backdrops are similar to sweatshirt material on the inside, with a soft subtle fuzzy texture. They are slightly stretchy, and have finished, hemmed edges. This does result in 1.5-2" of shrinkage on all sides.
This material is vibrant and can also be machine washed and easily folded for storage and stacking.
Fleece is wrinkle resistant but will likely arrive with some packing wrinkles. You can toss it in the dryer for 5-15 minutes to remove them.
Yes! All of Snobby Drops' Fabrics are machine washable. We recommend using a gentle cycle in cold water, tumble dry on low heat. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

When your product is finished, it is fully inspected from top to bottom to ensure you receive the backdrop of your dreams.
Custom Requests
Absolutely! We can print anything that is currently available as a digital background here. If you find a digital background design that you would like printed, use the contact us form with a link to the background and we will create a product listing! Doesn't get any easier than that!
**we can only print the backgrounds available through the Digital Background link from our website; we cannot print designs from other websites. if there is a background we don't currently offer, use the contact us form to make a custom request. and we will design one for you!

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Below are some common questions about our products
Our backdrops are made to order and as such, all sales are final at time of purchase. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges unless an item was misprinted or damaged during shipping. See our Cancellation/Refund Policy for more information!
We do not offer refunds for the following issues:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or the carrier.
- Any damage that occurred during shipping that is not reported within two days of delivery.
- Any defect/misprint issue reported more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any missing order that tracking shows delivered to the address provided by the customer (see shipping policy)
Unfortunately , we do not allow cancellation once an order is placed. With our automated order processing, the order goes into production immediately after you submit the order.
At Snobby Drops, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you receive an item that is misprinted or damaged, we will gladly replace it in the same material, size, and design. You just need to follow the steps below:
Please contact us at issues@snobbydrops.com within 2 days of delivery to report damage during shipment. Send pictures to issues@snobbydrops.com of the materials and packaging to clearly demonstrate the damage during shipment. *The carrier may need to visually inspect the package.

If you feel an item has a defect, follow these steps:
1. Take pictures of the defect that clearly demonstrates the issue.
2. Email the photo and brief explanation of the issue to defects@snobbydrops.com
**All defect/misprint issues must be received within 7 days of the
order being delivered**
IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM!! If it has been more than 7 days since you received your item, we will be unable to assist with defects/misprints.
Production time
We want to get your order to you ASAP! Our average turnaround time is 4-7 business days from order to shipment within the US.
Occasionally due to high order volume, it may take a day or two extra, but know that we are doing our best to get your backdrop to you ASAP!
Our business days are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm Eastern. If you place your order after 4pm, it will be processed the next business day. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed on Monday.
There will be an extended production time during US holidays--please add 3 business days for orders placed within a week of a US holiday [7-10 business days]

RUSH ORDERS
On standard products, our average turnaround time is 4-7 business days depending on current volume and the size of your order. If you need your order to be shipped out sooner, you will need to email us at rushorders@snobbydrops.com for approval. When you email, we will need to know the size and material [i.e. 10x8 fleece], what date you must have the order and the delivery address. Rush fees apply to production time only.
Email rushorders@snobbydrops.com prior to placing your order to determine whether we will be able to get your order to you in time. Please include the size and fabric type you wish to purchase [i.e. 10x8 fab fab]. If you’ve already placed your order, reply to your order confirmation email and include 1) the date that you need the order to arrive and 2) the delivery address where you will need the drop delivered.
If approved, we will invoice you for the additional fee which must be paid immediately in order to guarantee the turn around time.
A rush is not guaranteed, it is based on our current volume at the time of the request.
All rush orders must be pre-approved.
Rush Charge Pricing is as follows. It will be based on total sale amount of the order.

A Rush Charge applies to production time only. It will not speed up the shipping transit time you selected at check out.
A rush fee applies to production time only and will not speed up the shipping transit time; this is based on the shipping option you selected at check out.
For example, if you selected USPS priority mail at checkout, which has an average delivery time of 3-4 days, if you placed a request for a same day rush, your order would be completed the same day and then handed over to USPS for priority mail delivery, or 3-4 days to arrive.
Similarly, if you chose 2nd day air at check out today, and were approved for a next day rush, the order would be complete by tomorrow and delivered by UPS on the third day from the order date.
Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at the time of your order.
You will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to reship your order in the event the shipping address provided is incorrect and returned to sender, or the order is returned by the carrier due to an invalid shipping address.
We cannot guarantee the delivery date specified by the carrier you choose at checkout; the delivery dates are estimated by the carrier at the time but can be impacted by many factors. We are unable to refund shipping fees related to late deliveries for reasons that are not covered by the carrier.
We do! Shipping costs and time frame vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Import duties/fees/tax: We do not charge and are not responsible for any associated import duties/fees/taxes or other costs when shipping internationally. When you place an order, you are the importer; due to the variability of import fees by country, you should refer to any guidelines set forth within the country you are importing. Contact your local customs office for more information on fees and policies in your country.
We do not accept returns/refused packages or issue refunds as a result of unexpected customs or import duties/fees incurred upon receipt of your order.
Pricing
Not at all!! The majority of US based backdrop companies use the same fabrics printed by the same printing company, which is why you can expect the highest quality. It also means that it costs US backdrop company A the same amount to have their design printed on fleece or wrinkle-free fabric as it would for US backdrop company B.
Profit. Its that simple. Other companies mark their prices way up so they can have 50%-60% off sales to lure shoppers. Those sales do look great when advertised, but if you do the math, well, it shows you how much you're being OVERcharged if you cant wait for a sale and end up paying regular price.
And hey, we aren't dogging anyone for their business practices--every business needs to profit. But our focus is growing our customer base on a real level--small business to small business, where cost is the biggest driving factor to YOUR success--so we decided to make affordability our focus...sure, we cant have the eye-catching 60% off sales, but our REGULAR prices are already nearly 50% off of our competitors' regular prices--so you don't have to wait for a sale to save!
Do you offer discounts for testers?
WE DO NOT, AND HERE IS WHY:
We recently discontinued our tester program so we could permanently reduce our prices. This decision was made with small businesses in mind: our mission is to make success affordable by offering the lowest possible prices; ALL the time. That way, high quality drops are within reach of all photographers, big and small.
As a result, our profit margin isn't as big as other backdrop companies. In order to offer 50% off, we would have to mark up the every day price of drops--way up--and we don't want to do that just to make sure we can make a profit during a half off sale.
Our stance is: if bigger has to be better, then we would rather pass on BIGGER savings through every day low prices, than make a BIGGER profit off of hard working small business owners.
