What to expect:

We are so excited you want to create a custom backdrop design through Snobby Drop’s designer team!

Here is how it works:

1. Detail your request: The more detail the better! It’s really important that our designers understand the details of your request to make sure your request is perfect, and their time is well spent. If you have a drawing or inspiration pic to attach to your request, please do so, and describe what you envision. You will need to provide some type of "inspo" pictures to demonstrate what you have in mind, if you see something similar to what you envision, screenshot it and include it in your email.

2. Design team responds: Our designers work M-F and typically start within 48 hours of receiving the request. Please keep an eye out on your inbox for follow-up requests for clarification to ensure a smooth process. In order to keep your request in our queue, we request a response within 24 hours.

3. Delivery of Design: After final details are ironed out, you should receive your proof within 24-48 hours of the last communication.

4. Custom Listing: Once you are happy with your customer request, a listing will be created for purchase and your custom design loaded.

Important: We love the fact that we are able to offer a free custom service to our customers and we have the best design team who makes time to create just for you. This special service requires an efficient workflow and result. When you submit a custom request, please ensure you are available to respond and to purchase. Requesters who fail to respond to follow ups or fail to purchase their approved design will no longer be eligible to request custom designs in the future!

Additionally because our service is free and often takes many hours to create, design, and refine, we are unable to offer any type of 'exclusivity' as the copyright for the final product will belong to the designer and will be available on our website for purchase. *This does not apply to images you submit for printing under the "print your own" category.
